How it works
Voice capture
Dictate your tasks in French or English — a live transcript turns your speech into tasks, no typing needed.
Multi-agent AI classification
An analyzer, a critic and a suggester work together to place every task in the right quadrant.
Drag and drop to adjust
Disagree with the AI? Move a task to another quadrant in one gesture — you always have the last word.
Why this matrix?
Dwight D. Eisenhower commanded the Normandy landings before leading the United States for eight years. Facing a relentless stream of decisions, he relied on a simple principle: never confuse the urgent with the important.
I have two kinds of problems: the urgent and the important. The urgent are not important, and the important are never urgent.
Decades later, Stephen Covey turned it into a method in The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People: crossing urgency and importance into four quadrants to decide what to do, schedule, delegate, or eliminate. The "Eisenhower Matrix" was born.
Our brain overestimates the urgent — the email that buzzes — and neglects the important — the project that truly matters. Researchers call this the urgency trap. The matrix forces you to separate the two before acting; AIsenhower automates the sorting so you keep your energy for execution.
Getting the most out of AIsenhower
Dump everything, sort later
Drop your tasks in bulk, by voice or keyboard, without filtering yourself. The AI does the sorting — not you.
Protect the Schedule quadrant
That's where your long-term value lives. Block time before the urgent devours it.
An overflowing Do quadrant is a red flag
If everything is urgent and important, you're in firefighting mode. Tackle the important earlier: it will never become urgent.
Delegate for real
Urgent but not important to you? Someone else can do it. Write down who, and let go.
Eliminate without guilt
A well-filled Eliminate quadrant is a sign of clarity, not failure.
Correct the AI — it learns
One drag and drop is all it takes: your corrections refine future classifications.
